Freight Forwarder - VR/32152

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to join a well-established freight forwarding company in Aberdeen.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of import and export processes, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging import clearances and manage the creation of import and export customs documentation.
• Ensuring all shipping paperwork is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Communicating daily with clients, providing updates and addressing enquiries.
• Preparing quotes, following up with clients, and completing all necessary shipping documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar import/export role.
• Familiarity with customs processes and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Confident in liaising with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams at all levels.
