Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher – September Start
Location: Crawley, West SussexContract: Long‑term / PermanentStart Date: September 2026
A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Crawley is seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher to join their team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative KS2 team in a school that values high‑quality teaching, consistency and strong relationships with pupils and families. The school benefits from a positive staff culture and clear leadership structures.
The Role
Full class responsibility within Key Stage 2 (year group matched to experience)
Planning and delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including some additional needs / EHCPs
Creating an inclusive, positive learning environment
Working closely with colleagues, senior leaders and the SEND team
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous KS2 teaching experience required (ECTs are not able to be considered)
Confident classroom management and strong curriculum knowledge
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
A calm, reflective and team‑focused approach
