About the Role

As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the needs of individuals.
Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
Providing advice and guidance to individuals and their families regarding safeguarding concerns.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements.
Participating in safeguarding meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (degree or equivalent).
Current registration with Social Work England.
Experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
