Senior ERP Project Manager

<p>This role offers the opportunity to lead <span>a portfolio of ERP enhancement initiatives. The role requires demonstrated stakeholder management capability and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining governance, financial oversight, and delivery discipline for a major </span>international manufacturing organization operating at enterprise scale.<br></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ERP projects.</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage project plans, resources, and dependencies.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors.</p></li><li><p>Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project governance.</p></li><li><p>Lead stakeholder communication, requirements, and prioritization.</p></li><li><p>Oversee change management, testing, UAT, deployment, and business readiness.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with project governance and audit requirements.</p></li><li><p>Drive process improvements, standardization, and project financial management</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience</strong> (medium/large technology projects)</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience leading ERP enhancement &amp; optimization projects</strong></p></li><li><p>Retail, distribution or manufacturing/coatings industry experience</p></li><li><p><strong>Strong project delivery skills:</strong> scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality &amp; governance</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder, vendor &amp; cross-functional team management</p></li><li><p>Experience in structured PMO environments</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of inventory management &amp; supply chain processes</p></li><li><p>Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies</p></li><li><p><strong>PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Availability from August</strong></p></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Nice to have</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p>Experience with reporting &amp; analytics, data integration and business process improvement</p></li><li><p>Experience with project financial management and executive reporting</p></li><li><p><strong>Dutch language skills</strong></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Contract Details:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Freelance B2B contract until the end of 2026 (with the possibility of extension)</p></li><li><p>Rate up to 48 $ per hour</p></li></ul>
