Commercial Solicitor

Sacco Mann are currently recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor to join a well-respected Liverpool based law firm who provide high quality commercial legal services to their national client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Commercial solicitor looking to develop within a dynamic commercial practice. You will work closely with the Corporate Commercial team on a broad range of commercial matters, advising SME clients, entrepreneurs, and established businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Advising on shareholder agreements and partnership arrangements
• Assisting with business sales and acquisitions
• Providing general commercial and corporate advisory support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 2+ years’ PQE in commercial law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively
