Your Responsibilities (Your Life‑Saving Superpowers) Provide safe, professional, compassionate care following SSM medical protocols and Worlds of Fun safety standards . Document all patient care through accurate, thorough patient care reports . Inspect, inventory, and maintain all medical equipment and First Aid Stations to ensure readiness. Respond swiftly and confidently to park emergencies whenever needed. Safely operate park vehicles while supporting medical and safety operations. Conduct safety inspections throughout the park when requested. Complete additional duties assigned by Safety Team Leadership. What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum age: 18 Valid driver's license Current Missouri Paramedic License Current BLS for Healthcare Providers , ACLS , PALS , and PHTLS or ITLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible schedule-able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Able to work in all weather conditions, at heights, and in confined spaces Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods Professional, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and great at multitasking Strong teamwork skills-you collaborate well and communicate clearly
