About the Role
Role: Electrician Location: Sheffield Salary: £38,571 per annum + £1,950 per annum on call (1 in 4) + overtime (after 37.5 hours) Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Multitask Personnel are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a leading building services contractor within their Facilities Management division. This role will involve delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and installation works across hospitality sites. Key Responsibilities: Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and small installation works Fault finding, repairs, alterations and electrical testing in line with current regulations Work across a range of systems including lighting, distribution boards, fire and intruder alarms, pumps, motors, BMS, HVAC, PAT testing and EV systems Respond to reactive callouts and participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota Produce quotes for repair and installation works Update and maintain CAFM system records accurately Ensure compliance with SLAs, health & safety, and site procedures Travel between multiple sites as required Requirements: NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) Proven experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and fault finding Experience working within Facilities Management or building services environments Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK Driving Licence Flexible approach and willingness to take part in on-call rota Package: £38,571 basic salary per annum £1,950 on-call allowance (1 in 4) per annum Overtime available 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company vehicle (private use included) Private healthcare Group life assurance Pension This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician looking for a long-term role within a stable and growing FM environment.
