<span><span>Are you a skilled ABAP Developer ready to take your SAP experience to the next level? We are looking for an experienced and motivated <b>ABAP Developer/Analyst</b> to join our growing SAP team in St. Louis, MO. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in the design, development, and support of customized SAP solutions that impact real business outcomes.</span></span><br />
<span><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Work on SAP modules including Sales (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Finance (FI)</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Design and support ABAP objects: Reports, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, Workflows, User Exits, BAdIs, and RFCs</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Troubleshoot and resolve development issues efficiently</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and project stakeholders</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Maintain documentation, coding standards, and development guidelines</span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<span><span><b>What You Bring</b></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Strong functional knowledge of SD, WM, and FI modules</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Hands-on experience with SAP enhancements, Smart Forms, and interfaces</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Ability to estimate, prioritize, and manage development tasks</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Strong communication and collaboration skills</span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<span><span><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Familiarity with Agile development processes</span></span></span></li>
