- Hands‑on SAP MII implementation and integration experience, strong shop‑floor/MES knowledge, and preferably background in the pharmaceutical industry to handle compliance and regulated manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement SAP MII solutions for shop‑floor data collection, visualization, and MES integration.
- Integrate MII with PLCs/OPC servers, SCADA, DCS, LIMS, and SAP ERP/S4HANA for real‑time data exchange.
- Develop and maintain MII components: Business Contexts, Queries, Transactions, Workflows, and Dashboards.
- Support data mapping and transformation between shop‑floor systems and enterprise systems; ensure data integrity and traceability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (production, quality, automation, IT) to translate manufacturing requirements into technical designs.
- Lead testing and validation activities including unit tests, integration tests, and UAT; support validation for regulated environments.
- Provide production support and enhancements post go‑live, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer.
- Document solutions and processes: design documents, runbooks, SOPs, and compliance artifacts as required by pharma standards.
- Strong understanding of MES concepts, shop‑floor data flows, and industrial protocols (OPC, MQTT, Modbus, etc.).
- Proven experience integrating MII with SAP ERP / S4HANA and automation systems.
- Solid skills in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and MII query/transaction development.
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization within MII or connected BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid setup.
- SAP certification in MII or related modules is a plus.
