Financial Analyst II- Supply Chain<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Due to an internal promotion, we are hiring a Financial Analyst II to support the Hillsboro, WI butter factory. In this role you will also play a key role in the reporting and analysis of consolidated Dairy manufacturing results across all locations to the VP of Manufacturing. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and presentation skills to communicate in a concise and informative manner to assist leaders with decision-making.</p><p></p><p><i>This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate headquarters in office each week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  </i></p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Key Responsibilities Include:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as Plant Controller for Hillsboro, WI butter manufacturing facility.</p></li><li><p>Provide analysis of key plant performance metrics, sharing insights with plant operations leadership of performance trends.</p></li><li><p>Ensure policy compliance with monthly tracking and analysis of raw material and finished good shrink to provide leadership insights.</p></li><li><p>Prepare the annual business plan and forecasts for the plant operating departments. </p></li><li><p>Conduct month-end responsibilities including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and management reports.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and assess fixed asset capital requests.</p></li><li><p>Consolidate total DF MFG results across all 10 plants, including preparing Director and VP level report out presentations</p></li><li><p>Represent finance on network wide initiatives, including capital improvement, sustainability projects, and reporting enhancements</p></li><li><p>Key responsibilities with annual business plan, forecasting, and risk and opportunity generation within the DF MFG portfolio</p></li><li><p>Travel to Hillsboro WI facility one day per month.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Experience & Education:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 4 to 6 years’ related work experience required.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Fixed Assets and Month End closing preferred.</p></li><li><p>Must have a strong aptitude for numbers, be well organized, and be able to demonstrate proficient computer skills in Excel (advanced skills), Word, PowerPoint, JDE and other ERP systems.</p></li><li><p>Sound understanding of GAAP.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Competencies-Skills:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Highly detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.</p></li><li><p>Effectively communicates and collaborates with all levels of the organization.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>$81,200-$121,800.  In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About Land O'Lakes, Inc.</b></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
