They are known for delivering high-quality solutions while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <h3>Operations &amp; Management</h3> <ul> <li>Lead and assist in field activities.</li> <li>Control survey projects such as: <ul> <li>Boundary reviews</li> <li>Topographic mapping</li> <li>ALTA/NSPS assessments</li> <li>Construction spotting</li> <li>Plotting</li> <li>Unmanned aerial vehicle and land-based mapping</li> </ul> </li> <li>Manage schedules, deliveries, and quality assurance processes.</li> </ul> <h3>Technical Duties</h3> <ul> <li>Supervise and maintain surveying equipment including: <ul> <li>Trimble GPS technology</li> <li>Robotic total stations</li> <li>Electronic levels</li> <li>Data collection devices</li> <li>Aerial drones and scanning tools</li> </ul> </li> <li>Handle, store, and oversee survey data.</li> <li>Create and review maps and survey reports for government and commercial clients.</li> <li>Assist in computer-aided design drafting using Autodesk Civil 3D and similar programs.</li> </ul> <h3>Leadership &amp; Growth</h3> <ul> <li>Coach and educate survey staff to promote technical advancement and project triumph.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company protocols, and quality programs.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with project leaders, engineers, and multidisciplinary groups.</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Active Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS/PLS) certification.</li> <li>At least 5 years of surveying experience post-licensure.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of: <ul> <li>Boundary and topographic surveying</li> <li>Construction marking</li> <li>Plot creation</li> <li>Data processing for surveys</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience with: <ul> <li>Trimble field devices and software</li> <li>Trimble Business Center</li> <li>Autodesk Civil 3D</li> <li>Microsoft Office Applications</li> </ul> </li> <li>Valid driver’s license.</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong>Desired Candidate Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and managerial abilities.</li> <li>Aptitude for coordinating multiple projects and overseeing field operations in a fast-paced setting.</li> <li>Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused with a strong team-oriented mindset.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="z-0 flex min-h-[46px] justify-start"> </div> </div> </div> </section> <div class="contents"> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="pointer-events-none -mt-px h-px translate-y-[calc(var(--scroll-root-safe-area-inset-bottom)-14*var(--spacing))]"> </div>
