<p>About the Role:<br />
We are seeking a New Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base across London. This is a strategic role where you will play a key part in shaping the company’s future success by targeting new opportunities within mechanical & electrical (M&E), fit-out, and construction sectors.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br />
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building services industry<br />
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and developers<br />
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close<br />
Develop tailored proposals and present solutions to prospective clients<br />
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery<br />
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity</p>
<p>What We’re Looking For:<br />
Proven track record in business development within the building services, M&E, or construction industry<br />
Strong network of contacts within contractors, developers, or consultants<br />
Ability to win and secure high-value contracts<br />
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<br />
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for sales and business growth</p>
