We are representing a premier, 5-star Trustpilot-rated and Gold Investors in People accredited financial services firm in Gravesend that is currently expanding its advisory team.
This role offers a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure backed by a strong estate agency lead pipeline, allowing you to focus entirely on maximizing your earnings and delivering top-tier advice.
- Base Salary: £27,000 per annum (with an immediate start available).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): A realistic £60,000+ per annum. The commission structure is completely uncapped, putting your earning potential entirely in your hands.
- Car Allowance: £2,500 annual allowance.
- Work Pattern: A balanced 5-day weekly schedule that ensures you get two Saturdays completely off every month.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will operate independently while collaborating with the wider estate agency team to:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and source the best bespoke mortgage and protection solutions from across the entire market.
- Work proactively alongside estate agency colleagues to cultivate and generate high-quality, fresh leads.
- Build long-term, trusted client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain absolute professionalism, ensuring all business remains fully compliant with FCA guidelines.
