About the Role
<p><strong>Business Development Manager<br />£45,000 – £55,000 per annum + Commission + car allowance<br />Malmesbury, Wiltshire<br /></span></strong><strong>Permanent</span></strong><strong> </span></strong></p>
<p>A high-growth technology business is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of outbound sales activity and revenue generation.</span> </span></p>
<p>This is a pure new business role, ideal for a proactive and motivated sales professional who thrives on building pipelines, developing relationships and closing deals.</span> </span></p>
<p>Responsibilities:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate and convert new business opportunities</span></li>
<li>Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline</span></li>
<li>Carry out structured outbound sales activity including prospecting and lead generation</span></li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close</span></li>
<li>Achieve and exceed revenue targets</span></li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting within the CRM system</span></li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven B2B sales or business development experience</span></li>
<li>Track record of generating leads and winning new business</span></li>
<li>Confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close</span></li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills</span></li>
<li>Target-driven with a proactive approach to outbound sales</span> </li>
