<ul data-start="1015" data-end="1364">
<li data-section-id="1245ybk" data-start="1015" data-end="1091">A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to new environments</li>
<li data-section-id="smweis" data-start="1092" data-end="1151">Experience in Early Years </li>
<li data-section-id="1yu8q26" data-start="1152" data-end="1201">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li data-section-id="1yvpkzt" data-start="1202" data-end="1241">Understanding of the EYFS framework</li>
<li data-section-id="1hcfxrr" data-start="1242" data-end="1290">Experience supporting SEN children (a bonus)</li>
<li data-section-id="ftxfgc" data-start="1291" data-end="1364">A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through us)</li>
