About the role:

Justteachers is seeking an English Teacher who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Nelson area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Teaching English curriculum including literature and language
•  Preparing pupils for exams at KS4
•  Marking and feedback to support progress
•  Differentiating lessons for varied abilities

Pre-requisites:

•  UK English curriculum including literature and language
•  Strong subject knowledge for KS3–KS5
•  Marking and feedback aligned with UK standards
•  Differentiation skills for varied learning needs
