To strengthen our team, we are looking for a maintenance technician (m/f/d) to serve as a stand-in for tenant and property management, to start as soon as possible. What you can expect:
- No fixed staff due to changing work schedules
- Link between local tenants and specialist departments within the company and active involvement in the implementation of neighborhood development goals
- Comprehensive tenant support, including holding tenant consultation hours and carrying out apartment viewings with prospective tenants, pre-acceptance, final acceptance and handover of apartments, assistance with evictions if required
- Damage assessment and commissioning, monitoring and acceptance of external companies
- Ensuring the flawless overall condition of the residential complexes as well as carrying out the public safety obligations and assisting in securing them
- Close cooperation with the commercial and technical real estate managers - especially in the context of neighborhood work - as well as cooperation in the preparation of annual maintenance and modernization planning
- Support with project-related topics in other GWH portfolios in the region
Your background:
- Completed training in the craft or commercial sector for the assessment and commissioning of executing trades
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office, preferably initial SAP experience
- Experienced in using mobile devices, e.g. tablet
- Coordination skills, independent, careful and structured way of working
- Open-minded and responsible personality with good communication skills
- Fun and interest in good customer service, teamwork and the willingness to participate in projects
- Own car for business trips to the various residential complexes
