To strengthen their in-house tech organisation, theyre now seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer (m/w/d) to take ownership of technical strategy, innovation, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement long-term architecture roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a small, skilled dev team.
• Develop high-quality code in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Optimise CI/CD, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and data security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, AI, Marketing).
• Introduce new technologies to elevate platform capability.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional development experience.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Strong architectural thinking and communication skills.
• German fluency (min. B2).
