What You'll Be Leading
- Manage land development projects from initial planning through construction
- Oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and civil engineering plans
- Coordinate permitting, zoning approvals, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Build relationships with clients, municipalities, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within the team
- Review engineering plans, calculations, reports, and technical deliverables
- Perform site visits and field inspections as needed
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 4+ years of site/civil or land development experience
- Strong background in grading, drainage, stormwater, and permitting
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
Preferred Experience
- Civil 3D
- HydroCAD
- Technical writing
- Previous project management or team leadership experience
Compensation
$90,000–$180,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
