What You'll Be Leading

  • Manage land development projects from initial planning through construction
  • Oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and civil engineering plans
  • Coordinate permitting, zoning approvals, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication
  • Build relationships with clients, municipalities, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within the team
  • Review engineering plans, calculations, reports, and technical deliverables
  • Perform site visits and field inspections as needed

What They're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 4+ years of site/civil or land development experience
  • Strong background in grading, drainage, stormwater, and permitting
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction

Preferred Experience

  • Civil 3D
  • HydroCAD
  • Technical writing
  • Previous project management or team leadership experience

Compensation

$90,000–$180,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
