About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented UX Designer who excels at designing complex data, analytics, and decision-intelligence products.  RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to define and communicate end-to-end user experiences’ • Design intuitive, data-centric interfaces—including dashboards, charts, filters, and analytics workflows—with strong BI usability principles. • Respond promptly to Engineering questions and allocate routine time for design triage and implementation support. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, collaborating closely throughout the entire design process—from framing the problem to delivery. • Apply technical understanding of platform constraints (web, iOS, Android) to create feasible, scalable interface designs. • Stay current with UX, BI, and data-visualization best practices and bring new insights back to the team. • Bring thoughtfulness, attention to detail, curiosity, and continuous learning to all aspects of the design process. • Develop and maintain a BI UX Patterns Playbook for chart types, interactions, filtering patterns, and visual standards. • Contribute to and maintain the Curinos Figma Design System, including components, variants, and documentation. • Ensure consistency across products by following established iconography, typography, layout, and color standards; document rationale when deviating. • Perform UI audits comparing new feature designs against existing product patterns to ensure cohesion and minimize misalignment. • Use strong communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale, tradeoffs, and alternatives to cross-functional partners. • Document decisions, feedback, and changes directly in Jira, Confluence, and Figma. • Use your innate curiosity to challenge assumptions and uncover new insights BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years of User Experience Design • Advanced experience working within Figma • Proficient in the use and creation of UI components in a Design Systems. • Demonstrated experience designing data-heavy products, dashboards, or business intelligence (BI) tools • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative working style • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems • Ability to work across the entire UX process—from discovery to execution • Familiarity with platform-specific guidelines for web, iOS, and Android • Ability to articulate and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams WE OFFER US and EU projects based on advanced technologies.
