The Property Secured Business Execution Team is a newly established team focused on driving operational excellence and effective change across the organization. The team’s primary objective is to identify opportunities for efficiency, thoughtfully prioritize initiatives, and ensure changes are implemented in a disciplined and timely manner. By aligning strategic priorities with execution, the Business Execution Team enables sustainable improvements, streamlined processes, and consistent delivery of business outcomes.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Partner across all areas of the Property Secured business, including servicing and default, to drive execution of prioritized initiatives. 
  • Serve as a core business lead on capital and strategic projects, ensuring Property Secured requirements are clearly defined and delivered. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process, system, and technology enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk outcomes. 
  • Translate business strategy and operational needs into executable plans, coordinating delivery across stakeholders. 
  • Support disciplined execution by aligning initiatives to business priorities, timelines, and available resources.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • 1 or more years of relevant Collections, Change Management or Third-Party Management exposure and/or experience

       

    • Ability to assess, identify and mitigate risk issues early on in the process, including proper allocation and management of such risks
    • Strong organizational, communication and planning skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio

       

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
