<div>We are looking to hire a business development/relationship management professional in the Worcester/Bristol Counties in MA and Providence County in RI , for our growing sales department.</div><div>This is a fantastic opportunity in a recession and pandemic-resistant industry, with opportunities for un-capped commission and professional growth to go along with a base salary, bonus structure and benefits.</div><div>Qualifications</div><ul>

</ul><div> </div><div>Principal Duties and Responsibilities: </div><ol>
<li>Develop the pipeline of new business through prospecting. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, service offerings, and competition.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, including but not limited to: Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare, Hospitality, Agents, Brokers, Insurance Adjusters, Maintenance teams, etc.</li>
<li>Identify targets: existing relationships and new targets for Disaster Response and prospect in the field during the golden hours between 10am and 4pm Mon-Friday.</li>
<li>Conduct education and training programs to grow our sales with Commercial and Residential opportunities. Examples would include but are not limited to CE, Lunch and Learns, and Co-Marketing Events for Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare Facilities, Agents, Brokers, Insurance Companies, etc.</li>
<li>Execute tactics to support overall company strategies/goals by identifying potential sales opportunities within the insurance/restoration industry. </li>
<li>Work in tandem with our Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth.</li>
<li>Participate in Insurance Industry Events at least 2 times per month. </li>
<li>Join Associations within the Industry that will generate leads </li>
<li>Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing clients and accounts and maintain records of all marketing activities daily.</li>
<li>Attend training courses and continuous learning opportunities for the purpose of fine-tuning your craft. </li>
<li>When applicable, represent Disaster Response at Tradeshows/Golf-outings and similar events to create business opportunities. Drive the creation of engaging and impactful displays and excitement around the brand.</li>
</ol><div> </div><div>Qualifications:</div><ul>
<li>3+ years outside sales experience required, within the restoration industry ideal, but not necessary</li>
<li>Must be able to attend networking functions 2-4 evenings a month</li>
<li>Moderate-level Microsoft Office skills </li>
<li>Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system ideal. </li>
<li>Valid driver's license </li>
<li>An outgoing, driven, team-oriented attitude is a requirement.</li>
