We are actively hiring Project Managers for multiple openings across the United States. This opportunity is ideal for international students, OPT candidates, STEM OPT candidates, H1B transfer candidates, and experienced professionals looking to build a successful career in Project Management and Business Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects across multiple teams while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle and delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
• Support Agile/Scrum methodologies and project documentation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project models
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an advantage
• Prior experience managing technical or business projects is preferred
