<p>Our client is seeking a <strong>Business Unit Manager</strong> to lead and scale two high-performance sales teams in the U.S., driving aggressive growth across established and newly acquired product lines. <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and unify two sales teams focused on advanced servo motor and motion technologies</li>
<li>Own revenue growth goals: $7M existing product line + $3M new acquisition</li>
<li>Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and budgets</li>
<li>Drive margin performance and oversee proposal development</li>
<li>Expand into new markets and support new technology initiatives</li>
<li>Guide marketing direction and ensure strong brand presence</li>
<li>Present performance metrics in executive and board-level reviews</li>
<li>Build scalable processes using CRM and reporting tools</li>
<li>Ensure full lifecycle support of products and projects</li>
</ul>
<p>You will lead a distributed team across the U.S. and Canada, while collaborating with global technical and commercial leadership.</p>
<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>Master’s or MBA (Engineering or related field) preferred</li>
<li>5+ years in servo motor/servo systems sales</li>
<li>5–8 years leading sales engineers, reps, or distributors</li>
<li>Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership experience</li>
<li>CRM and sales reporting expertise</li>
<li>Technical fluency in motion systems and controls</li>
<li>Confidence presenting to executive leadership across North America and Europe</li>
<li>Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization</li>
