Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for high-spec residential design and build projects? We’re seeking a talented and detail-driven <strong>Estimator</strong> to join our client – a prestigious property developer/contractor delivering exceptional, bespoke homes across London and the Home Counties.
<strong>About the Role:</strong>
As the Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering for ultra-luxury residential developments with values typically between £10m and £50m in value. Working closely with clients and subcontractors, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate cost plans, budgeting, and value engineering across a prestigious and dynamic portfolio of HNWIs’ projects.
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage cost estimates for new high-end residential builds</li>
<li>Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and procurement strategies</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive pricing</li>
<li>Provide input on design and specification decisions to ensure cost efficiency</li>
<li>Prepare tender documentation and analyse bids</li>
</ul>
<strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar</li>
<li>Proven experience working on luxury residential or bespoke high-end projects</li>
<li>Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and commercial skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li>
<li>Relevant experience gained in the UK</li>
