Bilingual Account Representative (Auto Finance)

Compensation & Schedule
$18.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience)
8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (start times may include 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, or 1 PM)
Temp-to-Perm
Must be available to work up to 2 Saturdays per month

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding early-stage and delinquent auto loan accounts (auto finance collections)
Negotiate payment arrangements and identify practical solutions to resolve outstanding balances
Manage high-volume outbound calls while handling inbound inquiries as needed
Perform skip tracing (using research tools and databases to locate updated contact information)
Document all account activity accurately to meet compliance and performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish required
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center, collections, or accounts receivable environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in auto finance, loan servicing, or consumer collections
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Ability to meet call volume and performance goals in a metric-driven environment
