<p><strong>Regional Planning Manager | Midlands | Developer | £65k+P</strong></p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p> </p>
<p>To obtain planning permissions on all submitted applications through successful management of applications, liaising with the LPA, internal team and external consultants.<br />
To provide detailed planning appraisals on potential immediate land, looking for opportunities to maximise land bids.<br />
Co-ordinate disciplines within the Technical and Land teams for the programming and submission of planning applications<br />
Dealing with the LPA on complex planning matters and possible enforcement matters.</p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<p> </p>
<p>To have a sound knowledge and understanding of the planning process<br />
To be a qualified Town Planner, either MRTPI or MRICS P&D<br />
Working knowledge of project plans, report writing, material forecasts and budgets<br />
To have excellent presentation and communication skills</p>
