Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant — Renewable Energy Sydney, New South Wales | 360 Billing Role

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant ready to take your career to the next level in one of the world's fastest-growing and most purpose-driven sectors? We are looking for a driven Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Energy division in Sydney, specialising in the placement of specialist Renewable Energy talent across leading developers, investors, and engineering and construction businesses.

This is a genuine 360 billing role — you'll own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer management. You'll be operating in a high-demand, rapidly expanding market at the forefront of the global energy transition.

The Market You'll Work In

You'll be recruiting across the full renewable energy project lifecycle, partnering with clients that include:

• Global and domestic renewable energy developers
• Investment groups and private equity backing clean energy projects
• Engineering and construction firms delivering large-scale renewables infrastructure
• Consulting firms specialising in feasibility, development and project management
• EPC contractors across solar, wind, hydrogen, and battery storage
• Government-aligned and net-zero focused organisations

Roles you'll place will span investment, development, project management, engineering, commercial, HSE, and operations — from specialist technical positions through to senior leadership and executive appointments.

What We're Looking For

We're open to candidates at Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level. What matters most is your track record and your drive. You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within energy, engineering, construction, or a related technical or professional services discipline
• A strong business development mindset with the confidence to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the renewable energy landscape
• Experience or genuine interest in the Renewable Energy sector (sector knowledge is advantageous but not essential — what you know about recruiting and building a desk matters most)
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Ambition to grow — whether that's building a desk from strength to strength or progressing into a leadership role over time
