Main Responsibilities
In this Cover Supervisor role, you will:
Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons in teacher absences
Ensure students remain engaged and productive
Uphold clear expectations and positive behaviour
Adapt quickly to different classes and subjects
Support the school with both planned and last-minute cover
What We’re Looking For
A successful applicant will:
Have experience supporting young people (school-based or youth work)
Be confident managing classrooms independently
Be reliable, positive, and proactive
Have a genuine interest in education
Be able to commute to Wisbech and surrounding areas
