The Company

They are a fast-growing, subscription-based consumer platform operating within a two-sided marketplace model. Their users rely on trusted interactions, and data plays a crucial role in powering acquisition, conversion and customer experience. They have recently invested in modernising their data environment and have built a central data function including engineering, analytics and data science. With new tooling and ambitious plans, they are expanding their Marketing Analytics team to support continued growth.

The Role

As a Senior Marketing Analyst focused on Experimentation, you will play a key role in shaping how the business tests, learns and optimises. You will:

* Analyse the full user journey to understand behaviour, friction points and conversion opportunities.

* Identify what is driving or hindering performance across the acquisition and onsite funnel.

* Design, run and analyse A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.

* Build experimentation frameworks and contribute to scaling a more mature testing culture.

* Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion performance.

* Provide insight into behavioural drivers and optimisation opportunities across channels and touchpoints.

* Contribute to wider marketing measurement, journey analytics and data foundations.

Your Skills and Experience

You will be suited to this Senior Marketing Analyst role if you have:

* Strong commercial experience using SQL to work with large data sets.

* Experience using tools such as Tableau or Looker, or similar BI platforms.

* A background in product analytics, marketing analytics or growth analytics.

* Hands-on experience designing, running and analysing A/B tests and experiments.

* Experience in environments such as marketplaces, start-ups or scale-ups.

* Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.

THE COMPANY

Harnham is partnering with a top financial services company in the NYC area, which is looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer. This person will be at the forefront of scaling AI automation applications for new ways at identifying cost-saving opportunities. You’ll partner with executive teams across the company and own generative AI, LLM and reinforcement learning application infrastructure deployment at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for machine learning model deployment and scalability for the company’s AI platform
• You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely on technical direction
• Own AI infrastructure and quickly build into production, particularly focusing on novel AI and LLM applications
• You will implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning and LLM techniques, owning machine learning workflow operations and distributed systems
• Own CI/CD pipelines for MLOps / LLMOps
• You will play an integral role of building out the AI team and scaling out its product
• Act as a thought leader role for AI across the business

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of commercial experience preferred with a focus on deploying and scaling machine learning and LLM models
• Expertise in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for production-grade work
• Commercial experience building novel AI platforms with large datasets
• History of working with and managing real-time AI applications in production settings
• Fluency with low-latency distributed systems is preferred
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure or GCP
• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines required; Gitlab Pipelines, CDK or Terraform
• Container experience with Docker or similar
• History of working on models from concept to production / end-to-end / 0-1
• Software engineering foundation: debugging, testing, maintainable code design
• Domain experience in fintech or similar a plus
• History of partnering with non-technical stakeholders required
• Experience owning projects directly preferred
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar

The Role

The Opportunity

This is a player-coach role built for a senior engineer who wants to lead without leaving the craft behind. You will spend the majority of your time, roughly 70%, as a hands-on contributor: writing production code, designing systems, and solving hard technical problems alongside your team. The other 30% is spent leading a small, tight-knit group of engineers, roughly five, through mentorship, delivery ownership, and technical direction.

What You’ll Own

• Hands-on development of full-stack features spanning React/TypeScript frontends and distributed backend systems, as a daily contributor
• Architecture and design of scalable data pipelines (batch and streaming) powering metrics and AI-driven workflows
• Technical direction and code quality standards for a team of approximately five engineers
• Mentorship, career development, and day-to-day delivery ownership for your direct reports
• Pragmatic technical decision-making that balances speed-to-market with long-term system health

Requirements
