About the Role
Location: Lawrenceville, GA Shift: 6: 00am - 4: 00pm Mon-Fri Pay: $19.00-$23.00 BOE Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Treatment Installer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation or construction/ handyman experience, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on construction sites. Duties Install window treatments (like shutters, blinds, and shades) in commercial properties. Perform heavy lifting and safely maneuver window units to avoid damage. Conduct frame carpentry tasks to prepare openings for window installations. Work on ladders (6 ft) and occasional scissor lifts (up to 30 ft) Use cordless power tools (primarily drills) for 90% of task Requirements Proven experience as an Installer or similar role. Strong carpentry skills, particularly frame carpentry related to window installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations. Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated A background in maintenance is advantageous for troubleshooting various installation challenges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites while following safety guidelines. Must be flexible with hours; workload ranges from 30 to 50+ hours/week depending on contractor schedules.
