A leading UK retail organisation is looking for a commercially minded Product Merchandiser to help shape and optimise the online customer journey across a high-traffic ecommerce platform.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving digital team where product presentation, accuracy, and customer experience are at the heart of everything. You’ll play a key role in ensuring online content is polished, commercially effective, and consistently best-in-class.
We’re looking for someone who understands ecommerce, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys working across digital merchandising, product content, and online trading.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing online product pages across a large and evolving product catalogue, ensuring customers receive an engaging, accurate, and seamless shopping experience.
Working closely with ecommerce, UX, trading, and purchasing teams, you’ll help deliver:
High-quality product content and merchandising
Accurate pricing, specifications, and digital assets
Optimised PDPs that drive engagement and conversion
Ongoing website improvements and content updates
Best-in-class online presentation standards
You’ll likely have experience within ecommerce merchandising, digital trading, online retail, or product content management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.

The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS, PIM systems, or web analytics is beneficial but not essential.
