We are delighted to be supporting a growing and forward-thinking business in their search for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to clients across a range of sectors, including care and legal.
The role:
As a key member of the support team, you will provide high-quality remote IT support to a diverse client base. You’ will manage incoming queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and take full ownership of tickets through to resolution using industry-standard PSA and RMM tools.
Key responsibilities:
• Delivering efficient and professional remote IT support.
• Managing and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager).
• Installing and configuring Windows 11 and mobile devices.
• Troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configuration.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of work carried out.
• Promoting and adhering to cyber security best practices.
Skills & experience required:
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Windows OS installation and software configuration.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
