We are seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our established, high-performing team. This role offers the best of both worlds —flexible scheduling and long-term stability—across multiple hospital and freestanding emergency departments, all within easy access to Tacoma and Seattle. About the Opportunity You’ll work across several emergency departments throughout the South Puget Sound region, experiencing a variety of patient populations and acuity levels. From high-volume trauma and tertiary care environments to suburban and community emergency departments, every shift brings diversity and growth—supported by a collaborative, collegial team culture that values both skill and balance. Position Highlights Total Compensation and Profit Sharing: $200,000 + year potential 130–140 hours/month (13–16 shifts) Shift lengths: 8–10 hours, no night shifts required Total Compensation and Profit Sharing: $200,000 + year potential 100% Employer-Paid Comprehensive Benefit Plan Flexible scheduling and collegial culture Work alongside an experienced team of EM physicians and APPs Qualifications Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active or eligible Washington license Minimum 1 year of high-acuity Emergency Medicine experience or completion of an EM Fellowship Strong procedural and clinical skills Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
