Production Operative – Immediate Start | 4 Day Week | Brandon

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives / Packing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and production team in Brandon.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company producing high-quality fragrance products in a fast-paced production environment.

If you have experience in production, warehouse, packing, manufacturing, assembly, or quality control, we want to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing fragrance products ready for dispatch

• Working on a fast-paced production line

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following health & safety procedures and company guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Production Operative / Warehouse / Packing experience preferred but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills
