This is a significant position for someone who excels at the point where <strong>data, technology, and people strategy</strong> intersect—converting intricate workforce data into actionable insights that shape business choices.</p> <p>If you have a passion for constructing scalable analytics solutions, influencing leadership through data storytelling, and steering a genuinely data-informed HR function, then this is an opportunity to make a substantial impact.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead &amp; Innovate:</strong> Develop, construct, and consistently enhance an innovative <strong>SAP SuccessFactors–based people analytics ecosystem</strong> within a wider digital HR strategy.</li> <li><strong>Own the Data Narrative:</strong> Oversee enterprise-wide HR reporting and provide profound insights on crucial workforce metrics such as <strong>turnover, performance, engagement, and diversity</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Drive Predictive Insights:</strong> Formulate advanced analytics and predictive models that empower proactive, evidence-based workforce decisions.</li> <li><strong>Tell the Story Behind the Data:</strong> Translate strategic priorities into user-friendly dashboards and reports using <strong>SuccessFactors and Power BI</strong>, utilizing engaging data visualization and storytelling methods.</li> <li><strong>Elevate Data Quality:</strong> Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to boost data integrity, expand data capture, and consistently enhance analytics capabilities.</li> <li><strong>Enable a Data-Driven Culture:</strong> Work with HR leaders and business stakeholders to incorporate sustainable people analytics practices throughout the organization.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Technical &amp; Professional Expertise</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Exceptional analytical capability with advanced skills in <strong>data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation</strong></li> <li>Proficiency in analytics and BI tools like <strong>Excel and Power BI</strong></li> <li>Firm foundation in <strong>statistics, data science methodologies, and predictive modeling</strong></li> <li>Understanding of <strong>HR processes, data structures, and key workforce KPIs</strong></li> <li>Experience with <strong>SAP SuccessFactors analytics and reporting modules</strong></li> </ul> <h4><strong>Leadership &amp; Communication Skills</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Aptitude for simplifying complex data into <strong>clear, actionable insights</strong> for HR and executive leadership</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders</li> <li>A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Your Background</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Several years of experience in <strong>people analytics, HR analytics, or data analytics</strong> with a strong emphasis on HR</li> <li>Demonstrated success in delivering <strong>dashboards, reports, and predictive models</strong> that steer strategic decision-making</li> <li>Experience working in <strong>international and cross-functional environments</strong></li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Education &amp; Credentials (Preferred)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Degree in <strong>Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources</strong>, preferably with a focus on analytics</li> <li>Additional certifications or training in <strong>data analytics, people analytics, or HR metrics</strong> are advantageous</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Why This Role Stands Out</strong></h3> <p>This role transcends mere reporting—it presents an opportunity to <strong>influence an organization&#8217;s perception of its people through data</strong>.
