About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to join a specialist school starting in September 2026 in the Cambridge area to cover on a long-term, temporary basis. 
The setting supports pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, learning difficulties and associated communication and behaviour needs, delivering structured provision in line with EHCPs.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Plan and deliver adapted lessons for pupils with SEN</li>
<li>Implement EHCP targets, IEPs and structured teaching approaches</li>
<li>Work with teaching assistants, therapists and external professionals to support pupil progress</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. QTS)</li>
<li>Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally within a specialist or primary school setting</li>
<li>Knowledge of SEN strategies, behaviour management and communication approaches</li>
<li>Two education or school-based references</li>
</ul>
