Manufacturing Company Job Description Oversee scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control to ensure smooth material flow and on-time production Support production scheduling and coordinate with product line teams on forecasting and customer orders Ensure all shipments meet established deadlines and customer specifications Supervise staff, manage departmental budgets, set priorities, and establish policies for shipping, receiving, and storage operations Coordinate vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels, work in progress, and finished goods Recommend and execute major purchases while managing additional assigned duties Directly manage a Purchasing Manager, Shipping Manager, and additional departmental personnel (approximately 10 indirect reports) Key Requirements BS degree required; Technical Degree preferred Background in Aerospace, Investment Casting, or a related metal working industry such as Forging or CNC Machining Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing Supply Chain functions Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines All applications must be accompanied by a resume and contact information Please forward your resume to Jon Venesile reference job (#10553JV)
