<ul>
<li data-start="1375" data-end="1443">Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information</li>
<li data-start="1446" data-end="1514">Assisting with planning, technical and construction stage packages</li>
<li data-start="1517" data-end="1593">Supporting the coordination of projects from concept through to completion</li>
<li data-start="1596" data-end="1660">Working closely with architects, consultants, and project teams</li>
<li data-start="1663" data-end="1740">Ensuring drawings comply with current UK building regulations and standards</li>
<li data-start="1743" data-end="1816">Preparing and coordinating Revit/BIM models and technical documentation</li>
<li data-start="1819" data-end="1887">Attending design team meetings and assisting with project delivery</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1889" data-end="1908"><strong data-start="1889" data-end="1908">Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1911" data-end="1993">Suitable for graduates through to intermediate level Architectural Technologists</li>
<li data-start="1996" data-end="2068">Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field</li>
<li data-start="2071" data-end="2107"><strong data-start="2071" data-end="2105">Revit proficiency is essential</strong></li>
<li data-start="2110" data-end="2184">Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing</li>
<li data-start="2187" data-end="2273">Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple projects</li>
<li data-start="2276" data-end="2334">A proactive team player with strong communication skills</li>
<li data-start="2337" data-end="2412" data-is-last-node="">Enthusiastic about developing technical expertise within a growing practice</li>
