Bar Manager

<p>Our client is an established free hold hospitality venue, based in Nottingham City Centre. We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the team and oversee day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including operations, staffing, compliance, and driving profitability.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:<br /> • Ensure smooth daily operations of the pub, restaurant, and accommodation<br /> • Maintain high service standards and deliver excellent guest experiences<br /> • Oversee health &amp; safety, licensing, and compliance<br /> • Deliver agreed revenue and profitability KPI targets<br /> • Monitor and report on KPIs weekly and monthly<br /> • Recruit, train, and motivate staff<br /> • Drive footfall and sales through local marketing initiatives<br /> • Recommend and implement strategies for business improvement</p> <p>Skills and Experience:<br /> • Previous experience in a General Manager or senior hospitality management role<br /> • Strong leadership and team management skills<br /> • Proven track record of delivering financial targets<br /> • Excellent communication and customer service skills<br /> • Good understanding of compliance, licensing, and health &amp; safety regulations</p> <p>How to Apply<br /> Please click apply if interested in the position.
