Residential Support Worker - Cannock
Pay: £13.20 per hour + sleep-ins
Shifts:
- 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Sleep-in: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
About the Role
We're looking for a Residential Support Worker to support young people in a children's home in Cannock. You'll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting their day-to-day needs and development.
Key Duties
- Support young people with emotional, physical, and daily living needs
- Build positive relationships and act as a role model
- Promote positive behaviour and provide 1:1 support
- Follow care plans and support education and activities
- Keep accurate records and contribute to reviews
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to work shifts including sleep-ins
- Driving licence (desirable)
