Senior Backend Developer

- Seeking candidates with a minimum of 7+ years of professional development experience. - Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the ability to write efficient, testable, and secure code. - Hands-on experience with relational databases, including writing complex queries to solve real-world problems. - Familiarity with database performance monitoring and tuning. - Experience with NoSQL technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB. - Comfortable working in Linux environments, including composing command pipelines and writing shell scripts to automate tasks. - DevOps mindset with practical experience using Docker, Docker Compose, and/or Kubernetes. - Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools. - Experience with system design; background in big data or real-time/low-latency systems is a strong plus.
