  • Supportive, collaborative and highly experienced team
  • High‑quality and intellectually challenging work
  • Direct client contact and responsibility from an early stage
  • Strong emphasis on teamwork, knowledge sharing and professional development
  • Established client relationships and manageable caseloads rather than volume‑driven work
  • Convenient office location with excellent transport links and parking

You will advise a diverse range of employers and organisations on the full spectrum of employment law matters, providing commercially focused and practical legal advice.

Work Will Include
  • Day‑to‑day employment and HR advisory matters

Applications are welcomed from Associate to Senior Associate level solicitors who can demonstrate:

  • Strong employment law experience
  • Excellent technical legal knowledge
  • Commercial awareness and pragmatic problem‑solving skills
  • Outstanding client care and relationship management abilities
  • Strong communication and drafting skills
  • A collaborative and team‑oriented approach
  • A genuine passion for employment law and specialist practice

While post‑qualification experience is welcomed, attitude, capability and long‑term potential are considered equally important.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary package
  • Private medical insurance
  • Life assurance
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • High‑quality specialist work
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Excellent career development opportunities
  • Strong work‑life balance culture

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment solicitor seeking a specialist role where success is measured by the quality of advice delivered and the value provided to clients, rather than billing targets.

  • A strong grounding in general employment law and the ability to operate commercially with clients.
  • Any prior exposure to the recruitment/workforce solutions space (e.g., IR35, contractor status, consultancy agreements, atypical worker issues) is highly advantageous, but we will also consider candidates who are keen to be trained into this niche.
