We’re hiring motivated P&C Licensed Inside Sales Reps for an afternoon/evening shift with strong hourly pay, shift differentials, and uncapped monthly bonuses.
Pay & Incentives
- $25/hr (Non-Bilingual)
- $26.75/hr (Spanish/English Bilingual)
- 10%–15% shift differential for work after 6pm
- Uncapped monthly bonus plan based on sales & KPIs
Schedule
- 5-day work week, Mon–Sat
- MUST be open to working later shifts
- Rotating Saturday shifts
Training
- Paid training: 4–6 weeks, Mon–Fri from 9am-5:30pmCST
- Strong attendance required during first 60 days
Work-From-Home
- 99% remote
- Occasional in-office visits (1–2x/month) for meetings, training, and team events
- Must live within 100 miles of St. Joseph, MO (64507)
- Must have an Active Property & Casualty Producer License OR Personal Lines
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems/screens
