Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Wills Point to fill and HR Coordinator position!

• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, new hire survey and exit interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct recruiting process from requisition to hire.
• File and maintain HR Department documents.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.
• 2+ years Human Resources or Recruitment experience preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish / English preferred
• Proficient computer skills (HRIS, LMS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite)
