About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Pueblo, Colorado team for the Summer of 2026. This individual will learn how to operate in a real mill setting and interact with plant personnel as well as external suppliers and contractors. The Mechanical Engineering Intern will be responsible for mechanical system improvement and design as well as field implementation of the ideas under the direction of Senior Engineers and Project Managers. Requirements Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Strong written and oral communication skills Computer literate in Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD software and 3D modeling Experience in manufacturing, preferred Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment, which will include inside and outside environmental conditions Term May-August 2026, following commencement of Spring Semester Compensation Undergraduate experience $24 - $28 per hour This role is may not be eligible for the benefits programs listed below.
