This permanent opportunity offers a non-trauma, elective-focused practice, providing a predictable schedule and excellent work–life balance. The ideal candidate is experienced in a wide range of general surgery procedures and is interested in contributing to program growth and long-term success. Position Details Practice Type: Elective General Surgery Trauma: None Schedule: 3 weeks on 1 week off Focus on planned surgical cases and outpatient/inpatient elective procedures Key Responsibilities Perform a full range of elective general surgery procedures Conduct endoscopic procedures, including EGD and colonoscopy Participate in the growth and development of the elective surgery program Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements Board Certified in General Surgery Active Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain) Experience with endoscopy and EGD procedures required Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package (base salary + incentives) Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Paid time off and CME allowance Retirement plan options
