As a Senior PMO Specialist – DevX Standards & Controls, you will be working for a global organization dedicated to establishing robust project management standards within innovative engineering initiatives. You will support the creation of structures and processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and transparency across strategic projects, enabling teams to deliver with confidence and high quality. This role offers a unique chance to influence organizational standards and foster excellence on a broad scale. Your main responsibilities: Establish and uphold project management standards, frameworks, and best practices across the DevX organization. Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to coordinate planning, tracking, and reporting of cross-team initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks. Prepare and present accurate status reports, KPIs, RAIDs, and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Support the integration of project governance, controls, and quality assurance processes into DevX workflows. Monitor risks and issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and escalate when necessary. Facilitate effective communication, alignment, and decision-making across multiple teams and departments. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and knowledge repositories. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project delivery support role. Proven experience working within a global organization and with distributed development teams (experience in the financial sector is a plus). Strong understanding of project management and governance practices, especially in Agile environments. Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboards. It is a strong plus if you have: Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP). Experience with other portfolio management software or reporting tools.
