Functieomschrijving
- Coordinate and oversee air import shipments from origin to destination.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review necessary shipping and import documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies related to air imports.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all import activities.
Profiel
- Ability to complete an Air Freight background check - VGB (Certificate of No Objection).
8+ years resident in the EU.
- Proven experience with import airfreight operations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in English or Dutch.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant logistics software and tools.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Aanbod
- Direct company contract
- Salary of max. €3.500 euros per month based on experience
- 24 holidays per year
- Travel allowance of 0,23 euros per km
- Holiday allowance 8% of the yearly salary
- Pension scheme 50% paid by the employer
