Senior Business Analyst (LIMS)

Tasks Regular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements. Review designs and approaches with the business ahead of implementation to collect feedback. Demo the system to business stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the backlog of requirements. Clear communication and stakeholder management. Expectations At least 5 years working experience as a business analyst. Experience with a validated environment (pharma preffered). Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) - must have ! Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Experience with Agile SDLC Strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Persistence in finding the right solution to issues.
